The Bill & Account Information Service by Goa Electricity Department (GED)
is a free service which provides Billing Information, Bill History, Consumption History
and Payment History ("Service") through the website to any User ("User") at the risk of the User.
The Service is provided by Goa Electricity Department (GED) for information purposes only.
Goa Electricity Department (GED) makes no representation or warranties regarding the Service.
Users are requested to verify the details of the Service with the
Consumer Care Centre of Goa Electricity Department (GED).
GED shall not be liable for any consequences arising due to erroneous information.
GED does not guarantee that the Service will be without delay or interruption or that
the information supplied will always be accurate or complete.
In no circumstances shall the information gathered from the Service be considered
conclusive evidence for any court case, litigation, or any other form of legal complaint.
Goa Electricity Department (GED) reserves the right to suspend or terminate
the Service at any time at its sole discretion.
Users agree to hold harmless and indemnify Goa Electricity Department (GED), its subsidiaries,
affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claim arising from the use
of the Service, including liability, expenses, damages, or litigation costs.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. In case of any dispute,
the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the provisions of the
Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Goa Electricity Department (GED) reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions
without prior notice. Continued use of the Service shall be deemed as acceptance of the
modified terms.
